Chapter 4

Teeth. Seriously who cares about teeth? Who would of thought teeth had this much dynamic to them. All the really do is munch our food up for us =].

I'd have to agree with Neil Schubin that the most remarkable thing about our mouths is the precision with which we chew. It's amazing how much you could do at the same time in your mouth and how it functions or even multifunctions without really any trouble.

I never knew teeth are the hardest part of the body, I mean teeth always get broken by punches, etc. or in just one of those situations but bones, rarely compared to teeth. I also learned another new thing that teeth are the hardest part of the body, which is pretty darn amazing :].

The paleontologists had to develop some keen eyes to be able to notice those fossils, it sort of reminded me of one of my favorite shows, Lie to Me, because the actors in that movie have a very good eye for liars.

Neil and Bill got a once in a lifetime situation when they overslept and it ended up being a better situation for them. It sort of makes me want to hunt fossils :D.

I was also amazed by Conodonts and Ostracoderms. I also thought that ostracoderms have a really cool bony shield type thing on their heads.
