This chapter, despite his stories, was like history class to me. And I'm not a person who enjoys sitting through a history lecture. It was in 18 so and so, this happened. Hooray! Sadly, I see enough of this in my own history textbook, so it made me lose interest a bit. But then I began to see the bigger picture, it seemed to me as a big jigsaw puzzle, timeline if you would. And I see his historical information filling in the puzzle pieces, and then the missing piece, Tiktaalik. And as always, his pictures are always there to help me picture everything he says, or else I wouldn't know what he meant by "one-bone-two bones-lotsa blobs." All I know is, thanks to evolving species like Mr. (?) Tiktaalik, I'm physically able to do push-ups. Is that a good thing?
