Chapter 2: Getting a Grip

Chapter 2 was very interesting, however, a little more difficult to comprehend because of the different types of fish discovered. I thought it was amazing how evolution can be traced down decades ago through bone structures. It allowed me to learn how the different limbs inside our body function and what their purpose is. Also, it is fascinating how, although humans and animals are two very different categories, we consist of  similar bones and limbs. Both humans and animals have hands that we use daily to help assist us when we want to get somewhere or grab something. The similarities between humans and animals are unbelievable. It amazes me how the finding of Tikaalik is connected to the creation of humanity. This proves that every living creature is similar in several different ways.
