Chapter ONE

Your Inner Fish by Neil Shubin. I expected the first chapter to be an introductory to the entire novel and in some way it was and in another way, it wasn't. The story really just introduced the story at first to be an exploration where he worked hard to discover the fossils that relates to the similarities between fish and humans. Then he goes into his discoveries, his excitement, and his adventure. There wasn't really an introduction like I expected there to be, however, this book is not at all how I would have expected this book to be so far. This is only the first chapter, therefore, it might make more sense throughout the book. However, although it seems that I am complaining, as I read this book, it becomes really interesting. It wasn't like reading other biographies that I have read in the past. This biography was interesting for a change, experiencing things that people usually don't do, therefore, for the readers, it was like going into those expeditions that he went through as well.
