Chapter 3: Handy Genes

In this chapter we are still talking about hands and how they relate to fish, but here the comparisons were with shark fins, ands skates egg. I was really glad to find out that this book was not only about fossils and continuous about fish bones to human hands. Not to be rude I did enjoy reading those but I wanted to know more to this "inner fish" rather than just being confined to only learning about fossils.

I was happy to realize that DNA had a major role to play, knowing if there is a mutation, that mutation would continue on and on to please the survival of the creature. I had no idea that vitamins had a big part in the growth and development of a creature determine how the limbs were to become and how it is similar to most animals. I wonder what chapter 4 has next.
